Refund and Return Policy
At Allure Eyelash, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
Time Frame: Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
Product Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at within 14 days of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare Package: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We'll provide instructions for returning the item and issue a full refund or replacement upon verification.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Store Credit
If you receive the style and do not like the style you can return it and receive store credit. You are responsible for the shipping cost
