  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.
  • High Volume Periods: During new product launches, holidays, or promotional sales, processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

📍Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
  • Double-check your shipping address
  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • If unresolved, contact us at shop@allureeyelash.com within 5 days of the delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
  • Allure Eyelash is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If an order is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours at shop@allureeyelash.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • We will investigate and send a replacement if approved

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express deliveries.
  • Some products may be restricted for shipping to certain countries due to regulations (e.g., adhesives).
